5 reasons to be part of systems.camp digital 2022

systems.camp digital 2022

It's that time again: The next systems.camp will take place on March 26. Like last year, it will be an online event. That's a shame, because we all miss the personal contact. But it's also nice because it means there are no travel costs.

But... why take part at all? There are lots of reasons. In this guest article, co-organizer Eike Appel shares 5 reasons with us:

First things first: Click here to register >>

1. find out what is currently moving the SE community

In systems engineering in particular, it is important to keep up to date. What are the latest developments and what are other systems engineers working on? At systems.camp digital, you can find out what's moving the SE community. The systems.camp is the event for systems engineers or those who want to become one.

2. digital format shows new possibilities

In digital format, you will learn how to communicate in a distributed way. And it's not about Zoom or teams. Anyone who works with tools like Gather.Town and Miro If you're not familiar with the concept, you'll learn something new here, which can also be helpful in your day-to-day work. After all, distributed teams and digital collaboration will become increasingly relevant in the time after Corona. So take part and experience a digital interaction that is fun and where you can camp really well.

3. exchange with like-minded people

Perhaps you have questions or issues that you can't resolve on your own. Take the opportunity to exchange ideas with the SE Community. Here you will find people who are dealing with the same topics as you. Take the opportunity to network a little.

4th Systems Engineering Barcamp is simply cool

You have not yet been to a Barcamp? Then let's get going! You shouldn't miss out on this. A Barcamp is not just a lecture event. A barcamp thrives on the fact that you can actively participate. This is where discussions take place, solutions are worked out together and the focus is on having fun.

5. what is your reason for being there?

The systems.camp lives from the participants. This is not just a place to consume, but to help shape. Hence the question to you. What is your reason for being there? What questions, concerns and ideas have you brought with you? That's why it's important that you come and get involved in systems.camp.
