Workshop: Making changes manageable

On Monday, March 11, 2019 at 14:00 my workshop will take place Making changes manageable in which I provide practical help on dealing with changes. In practice, many companies find it difficult. That's not surprising, because it's not easy.

The idea of this workshop is to systematically improve typical situations. These can be small tactics, but also comprehensive strategic initiatives. This workshop, which is thematically related to my presentation, is about how to take the right measures and implement them effectively.

Lecture: Development patterns for dealing with change

As you can see, I am working intensively on the topic of changes. I already presented the idea in this article (A toolbox for dealing with changes). I am currently developing this idea with colleagues and we are in the process of turning it into a community project. The first Results will be presented at the ReConf.

Lecture: Predictive Product Development: A quantum leap for the development of better products

This is a presentation sponsored by Jama Software, and Jama is exhibiting again this year. This topic is about recognizing which products that do not yet exist will inspire customers. It also means evaluating new findings during ongoing development and incorporating them into development.

As you can imagine, Jama's platform for product development was developed according to these principles. Nevertheless, the ideas are universal and tool-independent.
